Spring Term A.D. 1890
  Friday May 16th 1890
The Court met this day pursuant to
adjournment of yesterday His Honor J.J.
Finley Judge presiding

Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into
open Court and asked to be dis-
charged from their labors -
  Now the Grand Jury having Completed their
labors were discharged without day -

State of Florida }
        vs       }  application for Bail -
B.A. Thrasher    }
                    And now on this day this
Cause came on to be heard on an application
for bail and after the testimony had been
taken herein which testimony and argument hereon is
now submitted to the Court for consideration

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock

Spring Term A.D. 1890
    Saturday May 17th 1890
The Court met this day pursuant to
adjournment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding

                   And now on this day this
Cause came on to be further heard and
determined and now the Court being advised
of His opinion doth decide and order that
the said application for Bail shall be
overruled to which ruling and decision the
Defendant by his Counsel then and there
excepted -

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged that all matters and Causes
now pending in this Court which have
