Fall Term A.D. 1890 -
       Tuesday December 9th 1890
  At a regular Term of the Circuit Court of the
Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for Alachua
County - For the Fall Term A.D. 1890 begun and
holden at the Court House in the City of Gaines-
ville in Alachua County in the State of Florida
the following proceedings were begun and held
to wit:-
St which was present His Honor J.J. Finley
Judge of the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida Hon
W.H. Wigg States attorney for the 5th Judicial
Circuit of Florida, Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff
of Alachua County and J.A. Carlisle the Clerk
of this Court =
         And now Comes Samuel C. Tucker
Sheriff of Alachua County and returns the
Regular Venire as having been duly executed
by summoning = P.W.N. King - B.P. Boulware, J.W. Ford
J.J. Freeze, A.G. Mathews, S.A. Levy, M.J. Miller
J.M. Sanders - B.W. Powell, J.B. Martin J.E. Thrasher
T.B. Hester, S.T. Burnett C.W. Colson A.J. Beck, and
W.S. Moore and that C.W. Adams & E. Baird are
not to be found in the County -
And also
      That he had executed the Regular Venire
for the Petit Jury by summoning W.F. Barry D.A. Gray
M.M. May F.B. Dell Wm M. Thomas, A.M. Jeffords -
F.F. Paulling, T.J. Knighton, W.A. Mims John Breeden
J.D. Watson, O.G. Barker, J.W. Lightsey, R.R. Ormond
J.S. Pardee J.W. Asbell - and J.E. Butts and that G.W.
Sherouse is not to be found in the County

And now on motion comes of Wm H. Wigg State attorney and
moves the Court to quash the Panel of the Grand 
and Petit Juries which motion having been Considered
by the Court the Court doth decide that said motion
shall be granted and that the Panel of the Grand and
Petit Juries shall be quashed and further that the
list of Three hundred shall be quashed =

And now Comes W.H. Wigg and moves the Court to
adjourn sine die and that there be a special
term of this Court on the at a day fixed
by the Court.
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that all cases not other
