It being in my opinion and
Judgment that the public welfare and Cause of
Justice require the holding of a special term of
the Circuit Court in and for the County of Alachua
in said Judicial Circuit: It is hereby ordered
that a Special Term of said Court be begun
and holden at the Court House in and for
said County on Monday the 19th day of January

In Vacation at Ocala Florida
The order heretofore made for a special term of the
Circuit Court in and for Alachua County in the said
Judicial Circuit to be begun and holden on the 19th day
of January A.D. 1891, is hereby rescinded and set aside
and it being in my Judgment necessary for the ends of
the public welfare and for the cause of Justice that a Special
term of said Court shall be held in and for said County
it is hereby ordered that a special Term of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of Alachua in the said Judicial
Circuit be begun and held at the Court House in said
County on the Twenty Sixth day of January A.D. 1891 -
It is further ordered that the Board of County Commissioners
for said County at their regular meeting in January
1891, do at once proceed to make a list of Three Hundred
Competent and qualified Jurors selecting the same from
the list of registered voters in said County as required by law
It is further ordered that the Clerk of said Court shall then
without delay proceed in the manner required by the statutes
in such case made and provided to draw by lot from the
