Light Co                   } We the Jury find for the Plain-
tiff and assess its damages at Thirteen Hundred
and Forty nine 60/100 ($134960) so say we all

Whereupon it is Considered ordered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the Defendant the sum of Thirteen
hundred and Forty nine 60/100 ($134960) Dollars for its
damages together with their Costs in this behalf
expended Taxed at Seven 28/100 Dollars and the
Defts in mercy &c                                     1349.60

his Counsel then and there excepted
