Special Term  A.D. 1891
      Tuesday January 27th 1891
Withdraws his plea filed herein and the Defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
Plaintiffs right to recover a Jury was called
and there came W.M. Curry, B.C. Johnson
W.H. Everitt J.T. Faircloth A.H. Emerson and
E. Dupree who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to assess the Damages according to the evidence
and thereafter after hearing the evidence retired
to consider of their verdict and thereafter on the
Same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following Verdict to wit.

      vs    }
Geo I. Doig } We the Jury find for the Plaintiffs
and assess their damages at Two hundred and
fifty Four 26/100 Dollars so say we all
                         E. Dupree
                             Foreman
Whereupon it is Considered ordered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of
and from the Defendants the sum of Two hundred
and fifty four 26/100 ($254 26/100) Dollars for their
damages together with their Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Ten 88/100 Dollars
and the Defendant in mercy &c
Whereupon
        the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at half past Eight oclock
