# 38 vs } Having a weapon Concealed on
Charles Patrick } and about his person
And now on this day this Cause
came on to be heard William H. Wigg State
Attorney prosecuting in the name and by the
authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
appearing in open Court in his proper person and
being forthwith demanded how he would acquit
himself of the charge against him saith that
he is guilty as the Information alleges against
him

} And now the prisoner being in
open Court for Sentence was demanded if he
had any thing to say why the sentence of the
Law should not be passed upon him
saith nothing Whereupon the Court sentenced
the prisoner to pay a fine of Five dollars and
the costs of prosecution - which fine and
Cost being now paid the prisoner was dis-
Charged =
Whereupon Comes L.W. Fennell the Sheriff of
Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
issued out of this Court on the 27th day of
January A.D. 1891 as having been duly executed
by summoning James D. Leitner - T. Denby -
John L. Curry and Giles J. Burnett and that Geo
M. Desha was not to be found in the County -
Whereupon
came James D. Leitner, T. Denby
John L. Curry and Giles J. Burnett who were
duly Sworn and empanelled as Grand Jurors
to complete the panel of the Grand Jury for
this term.
And now the Court having again Charged
the Grand Jury the Grand Jury retired to
their Room under the charge of S.P. Bevill
who had been duly Sworn as such Bailiff
