Special Term A.D. 1891
     Wednesday January 29th 1891
And now comes J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this
Court and in obedience to the order of the
Court and in open Court issued the Venire as
by the order of the Court directed =

Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered no Bills in
State of Florida }
       vs        }  assault with intent to Murder
C.A. Thomas      }

State of Florida }
       vs        }  Trespass
Elijah Haynes    }

Whereupon the Court discharged the Defendants
C.A. Thomas and Elijah Haynes from futher
attendance on the Court likewise the witnesses
for the State

Fannie M. Mills and    }  Hampton S.Y. Finley &
W.R. Mills her husband }  Taylor & Carter
         vs            }     Ejectment
James P. Bauknight     }  Ashby & Davis
                       }  And now on this day
this cause came on to be heard and the parties
plaintiffs and defendant being in open Court
by their respective attorneys and now the issues
being joined a Jury was called and there came
B.C. Johnson W.H. Everitt, J.T. Faircloth A.H.
Emmerson, E. Dupree and J.G. Hodges who
were duly Sworn and empanelled to well and
truly try the issues joined according to the
evidence and thereafter hearing the evidence
the argument of Counsel

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
