     Friday January 30th 1891 -
The Court met this day his Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding -

And now Comes William H. Wigg state attorney
and by the leave of the Court first had and
in open Court presented and had filed the
following Information of
The State of Florida }
            vs       }  Having a weapon concealed on and
Milton Isaacs        }  about his person
                     }  State Witness
                            G.M. Wienges
                             William H. Wigg
                                 State attorney
State of Florida }  Wigg
         vs      }  Having a weapon concealed on
Milton Isaacs    }  and about his person
                    And now on this day this
Cause came on to be heard and William H. Wigg
State attorney prosecuting in the name and
by the authority of the State of Florida and the
prisoner appearing in open Court was demanded
how he would acquit himself of the Charge
against him saith that he is guilty as the
Information alleges against him.

Milton Isaacs    }
                  And now the prisoner being
in open Court for sentence was demanded
if he had any thing to say why sentence
should not be passed upon him Saith
nothing. Whereupon the Court sentenced the
prisoner to pay a fine of Five dollars and
the Cost of Prosecution, which fine and Cost
being paid the prisoner was now discharged =
