Special Term A.D. 1891
Friday January 30th 1891 -
respective attorneys likewise the Jury who had been duly
Sworn and empanelled in this cause on the 29th day of January
A.D. 1891 to wit:- B.C. Johnson W.H. Everitt, J.T. Faircloth, A.H.
Emerson, E. Deupree and J.G. Hodges being in open
Court the hearing of this cause was resumed and the
Jury aforesaid after hearing the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their Verdict and thereafter on
the Same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following Verdict to wit:-
In the Circuit Court Fifth Judicial
Circuit of Florida Alachua County
Fanny M. Mills and }
W.R. Mills her husband }
vs } Ejectment
James P. Bauknight }
We the Jury find for the
plaintiffs and that the plaintiff the said
Fanny M. Mills has a fee Simple title and right
of possession in and to the following described
land to wit:- Commencing at the South West
Corner Sec 28 Tp 11 - South of Range 19 East running
North along said Section line 80 chains, Thence East
13 Chains & 33 links Thence South 80 Chains Thence West
13 Chains and 33 links to the point of departure Containing
106 2/3 acres of land more or less Situate in Alachua
County Florida E. Deupree Foreman -
Whereupon it is Considered ordered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff Fannie M. Mills do have
the fee Simple title in and to the following described land
to wit: - Commencing at the South West Corner of Sec 28 Tp 11
South of Range 19 East Running North along said Section
line 80 chains Thence East 13 chains & 33 links Thence
South 80 Chains Thence West 13 Chains and 33 links to the
point of departure Containing 106 2/3 acres of land more or less
situate in Alachua County Florida and that she
do have a writ and possessionem for said lands -
It is also Considered adjudged and decreed that the Plaint-
tiffs do have and recover of and from the Defendants
the sum of Thirteen dollars and Ninety
one cents - their Costs in this behalf expended
