And no Bill in the Case of

Whereupon the prisoner Geo
Glass was discharged from further attendance
on the Court likewise the state Witnesses

And now this Cause came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner
appearing in his proper person was demanded
how he would acquit himself of the Charge
against him saith that he is guilty as
the Information alleges against him -
Whereupon
The Court imposed a fine of Two 50/100
(Fines) Dollars on Alfred Richardson as a defaulting witness
and also a fine of one Dollar each upon
