        Special Term A.D. 1891
              Friday January 30th 1891
Fines   Robert Williams, Minnie Williams and Tuney Evans as
        defaulting witnesses -

        Wm B. Reed }  King & King
             vs    }  on the case
        H.R. Duval }  Hampton & Henderson
          Receiver }
                   }  And now on this day this
        Cause came on to be heard and the parties
               and Defendant 
        plaintiff^being in open Court by their res-
        pective attorneys and now the issues being
        Joined a Jury was called and there came
        E.T. Finklea S.L. Crews, W.F. Grissom W.M. Curry,
        J.F. Jones and J.R. Tompkins who were duly
        Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the issues
        Joined according to the evidence the argument of Counsel
        and the charge of the Court retired to consider of
        their verdict and thereafter on the Same
        day returned into open Court and rendered
        the following verdict to wit:
        W.B. Reed            }
                vs           }
        H.R. Duval  Receiver }  We the Jury find the
                                Defendant guilty and
        assess the Plaintiffs damages at Five
        Hundred dollars So Say we all
        January 30 1891                E.T. Finklea
                                          Foreman
        Where upon it is Considered ordered and ad=
        judged by the Court that the Plaintiff do
        have and recover of and from the Defendant
        H.R. Duval Receiver the sum of Five Hundred
        dollars for his damages together with his
        Costs in this behalf expended taxed at
        six 42/100 ----        Dollars and Cents
        and the Defendant in mercy &c

        State of Florida }
                 vs      }  Sentence
        Will Moore       }  and now on this day the
                            prisoner being in open
        Court for sentence was demanded if he
        had any thing to say Why sentence should
        not be passed upon him saith nothing
