       The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
       Judge presiding

       Whereupon Comes L.W. Fennell Sheriff of Alachua
       County and returns the Venire Facias for the
       Petit Jury for the second week of this term as
       having been duly Served by Summoning
       B.F. Hampton, Tobias Brown  Vandi H. Ellis  C.F. Moore
       E.D. Hodges  Lewis C. Ellis, C.C. Masters, H.J. Bailey
       L.J. Birkhim - F.J. Kinder, James W. Exley - James
       Chesnut J.A. Morris, T.A. Carroll W.H. Hinson
       Joe Desha L.A. Barnes and J.H. Boon,
       Whereupon
                The Court for good Cause shown excused
       James Chesnut T.A. Carroll F.J. Kinder, L.A. Barnes
       C.F. Moore and J.H. Boon from attendance on the
       Court -
       Whereupon
                The Grand Jury Came into open Court and
       rendered the following Indictments of the
       State of Florida }

       Wesley Williams  }  night time with intent to commit a
                           Felony      A True Bill

                                        State attorney
       Whereupon the Court interrogated the Grand Jury if they
       were Content that the Court alter the above Indictments
       in a matter of Form and not in a matter of substance
       to which they assented.
