cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his
proper person was demanded how he would acquit him-
Self of the charge against him saith that he is guilty as
the Indictment alleges against him

And now the prisoner being in open
Court for sentence was demanded if he had any
thing to say why sentence should not be passed upon
him Saith nothing, Whereupon the Court sentenced the
prisoner to pay a fine of Ten Dollars together with the
Costs of this prosecution =

And now this cause came on

Guss Harris } And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was
demanded if he had any thing to say why sentence
Should not be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon
the Court Sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
Ten Dollars together with the costs of prosecution
which fine and cost being paid the prisoner was
discharged.
Whereupon
Comes William H. Wigg States Attorney and
by leave of the Court and in open Court
presented and had filed the following
