filed their plea in abatement, and the Court now
being advised of His opinion doth decide that said
Plea shall be sustained and also that the indict-
ment shall be granted and that this cause
be nol prossed. Whereupon both the Defendants
and all the witnesses in said Cause were dis-
charged without day
