                                And now on this day comes the
      Defendant and by the leave of the Court and in open Court
      withdraws by his attorneys the plea in abatement filed in this
      Cause on May 15th 1890

      Levi Bailey      }  about his person        Fildes
                           And now this Cause came on to be
      heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name
      and by the authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
      appearing in open Court in his proper person as well as
      by his atty Chas L. Fildes was demanded how he would
      acquit himself of the charge against him saith that he
      is guilty as the Indictment alleges against him

                          Court for sentence was demanded
      if he had any thing to say why sentence should be passed
      upon him Saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced
      the prisoner to confinement in County Jail for the term -
