And now the prisoner being in open
Court for sentence was demanded if he had any thing
to say why sentence should not be passed upon him
saith nothing. Whereupon the Court Sentenced the
prisoner Jim Adams to confinement in the State's
Prison at hard labor for the term of seven years --

#31 vs } Having a weapon concealed on and
John W. Tench } about his person.
And now this Cause Came on to
be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner being in open Court
was arraigned and upon his arraignment saith
that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
against him

And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he
had any thing to say why sentence should not
be passed upon him saith nothing. Whereupon
the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
Ten Dollars together with the Cost of prosecution =

} And now the Defendant being
thrice Called failed to answer whereupon his Sureties
W.N. Sheats and W.H.H. Folk were callen and com-
manded to bring the body of George Alderman into
Court as they by their bond had obligated to do
and the said Sureties W.N. Sheats and W.H.H. Folk
failing to produce the body of George Alderman a
Scire Facias to be directed to the Defendant and
