     his sureties was ordered to issue returnable to the next
     term of this Court and alias cspias ordered.

34.         vs        }  Having a weapon concealed on and 
     Arch Hague Jr.   }  about his person
                         and now on this day this cause came
     on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
     in the name and by the authority of the state of Florida
     and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his proper
     person was arraigned and upon his arraignment saith
     that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges against him

     State of Florida }  
            vs        }  Sentence
     Arch Hague Jr.   }  and now the prisoner being in open
                         Court for sentence was demanded
     if he had any thing to say why sentence should not
     be passed upon him saith nothing.  Whereupon the
     Court Sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of Five
     Dollars together with the Cost of prosecution

                      }  and now this Cause Came on to be
     heard, William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the
     name and by the authority of the State of Florida and
     the prisoner appearing in open Court in his proper
     person as well as by his attorneys Ashby & Davis was
     demanded how he would acquit himself of the
     charge against him saith that he is not guilty
     and for good and evil he puts himself upon God and
     the Country for trial  =
