Tuesday February 3rd 1891
to be heard for the purpose of Arraignment and William
H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name and by
the authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
appearing in open Court in his proper person as
well as by his attorney S.Y. Finley and now the
prisoner Isam Hall being being brought herein to the
Bar of the Court under the Custody of L.W. Fennell the
Sheriff of Alachua County to which Sheriff he is also
likewise committed and now being forthwith demanded
how he would acquit himself of the Charge against
him, saith that he is not guilty as the Indictment
alleges against him and for good an evil he
puts himself upon God and the Country for Trial -

And now this cause came on
to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his
proper person was arraigned and upon his arraign-
ment saith that he is guilty -

And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
any thing to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
Ten Dollars together with the Cost of prosecution
