State of Florida }
      vs         } Sentence
Lee Woods        } And now on this day the prisoner
                   being in open for sentence was
demanded if he had any thing to say why sentence 
should not be passed upon him saith nothing
whereupon the court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
of Ten Dollars together with the cost of prosecution

State of Florida } Wigg
      vs         } Having a weapon concealed on and 
Frank Danzy Jr   } about his person
                      And now this cause is to be
heard and William H. Wigg state attorney prosecuting 
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in open court in
his proper person was arraigned and upon his arr-
aignment saith that he is guilty.
