Tuesday February 3rd 1891 -
Sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of Five dollars
together with the costs of prosecution

# 54 vs } Having a weapon Concealed on
Ed Reddick } and about his person
And now this Cause Came on to be
heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court in
his proper person was arraigned and upon his
arraignment saith that he is guilty -

Ed Reddick } And now on this day the prisoner
was demanded if he had any thing to say why
Sentence should not be passed upon him saith
nothing Whereupon the Court sentenced the
prisoner to pay a fine of Five Dollars together
with the costs of prosecution -
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine Oclock
