  Wednesday February 4th 1891 -
And no Bill in the case of the State
State of Florida }
      vs         }  Having a weapon Concealed on and about
James Williams   }  his person

State of Florida }
       vs        }  assault with intent to Murder
Lee Green        }

State of Florida }  Wigg
       vs        }  Having a weapon Concealed on and
J.J. McAllister  }  about his person
                      And now this Cause Came on to
be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court
in his proper person was demanded how he would
acquit himself of the Charge against him saith
that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
against -

State of Florida }
        vs       }  Sentence
J.J. McAllister  }  And now on this day the
                      prisoner being in open Court
for sentence was demanded if he had any
thing to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
of five dollars together with the Cost of prosecution =

       vs        }  Aggravated Assault
George Alderman  }  and now the Court recinds and
                    revokes the order for the 
estreatal of the Defendants Bond herein made on
the 3rd day of February A.D. 1891 -

       vs        }  and now this Cause is transferred
W.R. Boulware    }  to the absentee docket
