Special Term A.D. 1891
         Wednesday February 4th 1891 -
      passed on him saith nothing Whereupon the Court
      Sentenced the prisoner to confinement in the County
      Jail at hard labor for the term of six months

      State of Florida }
              vs       }  Having a weapon concealed
      Lee Green        }  on and about his person
                       And now this Cause came on to be
      heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
      in the name and by the authority of the State of
      Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court
      in his proper person was arraigned and upon
      his arraignment saith that he is guilty

      Lee Green        }
                       } And now this day the
      prisoner being in open Court for sentence
      was demanded if he had any thing to say
      why sentence should not be passed upon
      him saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced
      the prisoner to confinement in the County Jail
      for Twenty four hours -

      Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
      morning at nine oclock

      yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley presiding
