Elias Earle to establish lost deed } Special Term
(Idx) from Silas Weeks and Kesiah Weeks } - 1891 -
his wife to him the said Elias Earle }
It being made
to appear to the Court that due notice has been given
by publication according to law to the parties whose
interests may be affected by this proceeding of this
application to the Court for the establishment of the lost
deed aforesaid, and no sufficient Cause being shown
to the Contrary, It is therefore hereby Considered ordered
and adjudged by the Court that the annexed and
foregoing Copy of the lost deed of Conveyance
from Silas Weeks and his wife Kesiah Weeks to
Elias Earle bearing date as of the first day
of April A.D. 1860 and Conveying to him the said
Elias Earle all of the interest right and title of
the said Silas Weeks and Kesiah Weeks
his wife in and to that Certain tract or
parcel of land in Alachua County Florida
Containing sixty acres more or less and more
particularly described as the S1/2 of SE1/4 of
NE1/4 of Section 32 Tp 8 Range 22, also lot
2 of NW1/4 of NE1/4 of Section 33 of Tp 8 Range 22 -
