be and the said annexed and foregoing copy of
said lost deed of Conveyance is hereby ordered
and adjudged to be established in lieu of the
original deed so lost as aforesaid and of
which the said annexed and foregoing deed is a

and effectual to all intents and purposes

according to law to the parties whose interest may
be effected by this proceedings of this application
to the Court for the establishment of the lost deed
aforesaid and no sufficient cause being shown to the
Contrary, It is therefore hereby Considered ordered and
adjudged by the Court that the annexed and foregoing
Copy of the lost deed of Conveyance from  Samuel B.
Colding Trustee and his wife Jemima Colding to John
Fleming bearing date as of the 1st day of January A.D. 1856
and conveying to him the said John Fleming all of the
interest right and title of the said Samuel B. Colding
Trustee and Jemima Colding his wife in and to that
Certain tract or parcel of and Situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida known and
described as being the North (N 1/2) half and the South
West Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty (29) nine Township
(11) Eleven South of Range Nineteen (19) East of the
Arredondo Grant Containing Four hundred (480) and Eighty
acres more or less be and the said annexed and foregoing
copy of said lost deed of Conveyance is hereby ordered
and adjudged to be established in lieu of the original
