his attorney Geo J. Arnow was demanded how he would
acquit himself of the charge against him saith that he
is guilty as the Indictment alleges against him

And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
any thing to say why sentence should not be passed
upon him saith nothing, Whereupon the Court Sentenced
the prisoner to confinement in the County Jail at hard
labor for the term of Three months =

# 46 vs } Breaking and entering a building in the
Wesley Williams } night time with intent to commit a Felony
} Lynch
And now this cause came in to be
further heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner who had been arraigned herein on the
4th day of February A.D. 1891 being in open Court in his
proper person as well as by W.B. Lynch his attorney and
now a Jury was called and there Came, E.D. Hodges
Lewis C. Ellis, C.C. Martin H.J. Bailey, L.J. Burkhim
J.A. Morris, who were duly Sworn and empanelled to
well and truly try the difference pending and the Jury
aforesaid after hearing the evidence, Whereupon the
Jury rendered the following Verdict to wit:-
We the Jury find the defendant guilty

And now on this day the
prisoner being in open Court for Sentence was
demanded if he had any thing to say why sentence
should not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
to confinement at hard labor in the States Prison
for the term of Six months
