In the Circuit Court of Alachua County 5th Judicial

of S.B. Torley Administrator &c    }
for establishment of Lost Deed     }
from Jas T. Soutter & John McRae   
Trustees of Florida Rail Road      }
Company                            }
              to                   }  Special Term
H.R. Williams                      }    A.D. 1891
                                    It being made to
appear to the Court that due notice has been
given by publication, according to law to the parties
whose interests may be affected by this proceeding
of this application to the Court for the establish-
ment of the lost deed aforesaid and no sufficient
cause being shown to the contrary, It is therefore
hereby Considered ordered and adjudged by the Court
that the annexed and foregoing copy of the lost deed
of Conveyance from M.A. Williams attorney in fact
for Jas T. Soutter and John McRae Trustees of the
Florida Rail Road Company to H.R. Williams bearing
date as of the 27th day of May A.D. 1861 and Conveying
to him the said H.R. Williams all of the interest
right and title of the said Florida Rail Road
Company in and to that Certain tract or parcel
of land in Alachua County Florida containing one
hundred and twenty acres more or less and more particu-
ularly described as the North East Quarter of the North
East Quarter and the West half of the South East
Quarter of Section Twenty Five Township Nine South
of Range Twenty Two East be and the said
annexed and foregoing Copy of said lost deed of
Conveyance is hereby ordered and adjudged to be
established in lieu of the original deed so lost
as aforesaid and of which said annexed and foregoing
deed is a copy and that said Established Copy of
Said deed of Conveyance shall be as good and effectual
to all intents and purposes as the said lost original
thereof might or could be
