                             State attorney -
And now the Court interrogated the Grand Jury if
they were Content that the Court should alter
there in a matter of form and not in a matter
of substance to which they assented -

State of Florida  }  Wigg
       vs         }  Larceny of Domestic Animals
Madison M. Conner }    Sanchez
                     And now this Cause came on to be
further heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner who had been arraigned herein on the
5th day of February A.D. 1891 being in open Court in
his proper person as well as by his attorney E.C.F.
Sanchez and now a Jury was called and there Came
M.M. May O. Gamage J.F.P. Johnston L.R. Jones
J.E. Hainesworth S.V. Duke who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the difference pen-
ding according to the evidence and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing the evidence the argument of Counsel and
the Charge of the Court retired to consider of their
Verdict and thereafter on the same day returned
into open Court and rendered the following
Verdict to wit: We the Jury find the Prisoner Guilty
