                          It is ordered there being a
deficiency to try this case the regular panel for this
week being exhausted that a special Venire for
sixty five duly qualified Jurors do issue.
And it is further ordered that said Venire shall be
selected by lot under the immediate supervision of
the Court from the whole undrawn list of Jurors
of this County returnable on (12)th Twelfth day of
February A.D. 1891 at ten (10) oclock A.M.
