State of Florida } Wigg
vs } Having a weapon Concealed on and about his
J.M. Hewitt } person
And now this cause came on to
be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his proper
person was arraigned and upon his arraignment saith that
he is guilty as the verdict alleges against him

J.M. Hewitt }
And now the prisoner being in open Court for
Sentence was demanded if he had any thing to say why
sentence should not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
Five Dollars together with the Cost of Prosecution =

And now this Cause came on
to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his
proper person was arraigned and upon his arraignment
Saith that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges

} And now on this day the prisoner
being in open Court for sentence was demand if he
had any thing to say why sentence should not
be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of five
dollars together with the Cost of prosecution
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
