And now the Grand Jury having Completed
their labors presented and had made their
General Presentment which was read
and the Grand Jury was discharged by
the Court - Sine die -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until nine oclock
tomorrow morning

         vs           }  Murder in 1st Degree
Barton Albert Thrasher}  S.L. Carter R.W. Davis J.N. Leggitt
                      }  Hugh Miller Ashby & Davis
                         And now on this day this
cause came on to be further heard and William H.
Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name and by
the authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
Barton Albert Thrasher being in open Court in his proper
person as well as by his attorneys S.L. Carter R.W. Davis J.N. Leggitt
Hugh Miller Ashby & Davis - and now the Jurors who had
been accepted in this Cause on 10th inst to wit: M.M.
May, O. Gamage, W.H. Davis, and O.G. Barker were
called and failed to answer by reason of the sickness
of W.H. Davis one of the said Jurors whereupon the
Certificate of Dr. N.D. Phillips Certifying that the said
W.H. Davis was sick and unable to perform the duties
of a Juror was presented to the Court. Whereupon the
Court discharged the said W.H. Davis from further
attendance on the Court as a Juror before he
