had been Sworn as a Juror in Chief to which order so
discharging the said W.H. Davis the defendant by his attorneys
there and then excepted. Whereupon comes M.M. May O.
Gamage and O.G. Barker the Jurors who had been selected
herein on the 10th instant and now comes L.W. Fennell
Sheriff of Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
for Sixty five Jurors in this cause as having been 
duly executed by Summoning

Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown excused
G.H. Brown, O.D. Morris, C.W. Little, Sam A. Fennell
and J.M. Barnett from further attendance on 
the Court.  --
Whereupon the hearing in this Case was
resumed and now comes William H. Wigg State
Attorney and peremptorily challenges M.M. May one 
of the Jurors who had been selected herein and
thereupon then came .1 O. Gamage and 2. O.G. Barker
