deficiency to try this cause the Special panel of sixty five
being exhausted that a Special Venire of Thirty Five
duly qualified Jurors do issue and it is further ordered that
said Venire shall be selected by lot under the im-
mediate supervision of the Court from the whole
undrawn list of Jurors of this County returnable
on fourteenth day of February A.D. 1891 at ten oclock
A.M. - In open Court February 12th 1891 J.J. Finley

Whereupon comes J.C. Gardner County Judge L.W. Fennell
Sheriff and J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County and in open Court and under
the immediate supervision of the Court drew from
the Box containing the whole list of undrawn Jurors
for this County the following named thirty five
persons to wit: 1 T.R. Bennett, 2 Chas S. Bennett, 3 Jas M.
Graham 4 J.C. Matthews, 5 W.E. Johnson, 6 T.W. Chesnut
7. Jas T. Love 8. Chas M. Dell 9. T.W. Downing 10 M.J. Beckham
11 T.L. Hodgson 12 A.J. Feaster 13 J.W. Lightsey 14 J. Saml Dupuis
15. D.W. Carr 16 Marcus Endel 17. W.H. Harrison 18 F.W. Cole
19 A.W. Leighton 20 R.A. Coulter 21. T.H. Bevill 22 L.L. Hill
23 W.M. Knox 24 T.J. Hagood 25 Lawrence Davis 26 J.W. Carter
27. Daniel Chesser 28 J.S. Crown Jr. 29. M.T. Bell 30 Isaac Mizelle
31. P. Dampier 32 F.M. Cellon 33 M.W. Danforth 34 J.C. Bauknight
35 Henry Magee as by the order of the Court directed =
Whereupon Comes J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this Court
and issues the Venire Facias for the said above
Thirty Five Jurors so drawn -
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine Oclock
