 Special Term A.D. 1891
      Friday February 13th 1891 -
by the Authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner ap
pearing in open Court in his proper person was arraigned
and upon his arraignment saith that he is guilty

State of Florida }
         vs      }  Sentence
Isaac Green      }
                 And now the prisoner being in open
Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything
to say why sentence should not be passed upon him
Saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced the
prisoner to pay a fine of Ten Dollars together with
the Cost of prosecution 

Whereupon the Court issued the following order to wit
It appearing to the Court that there is a necessity for a
Petit Jury for the Fourth Week for this term It is therefore
Considered and ordered by the Court that the County Judge
or in his absence a Justice of the Peace, The Sheriff and the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua County do forthwith
and in open Court draw from the Box containing the list
of three Hundred selected Jurors for this County Eighteen
persons to serve as Petit Jurors for the Fourth Week
of this term and also that the Clerk of this Court
do forthwith issue a Venire directed to the
Sheriff of Alachua County Commanding him to
summon the said Eighteen (18) persons so drawn
to be and appear before the Judge of our Circuit
Court at the Court House in the City of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida on Thursday the 19th day
of February A.D. 1891 at the hour of Ten Oclock
of the forenoon of sais day      }   J.J. Finley

In open Court February 13th 1891 }

Whereupon comes J.C. Gardner County Judge
L.W. Fennell and J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Alachua County and
in open Court drew from the Box Containing
the list of Three hundred selected Jurors
the following named Eighteen (18) persons to wit,
1 Richard C. Davis 2 J.T. Griffin, 3 M.S. Cheves 4 A.C.
Morrison 5 E.A. Adkins 6 L.Q.C. DeYampert, 7
C.N. Merry 8 Jas McCaslin 9 J.H. Brock 10
Phillip Miller 11. F.E. Cellon, 12 J.J. Freeze 13
