Whereupon the Sheriff John W. Turner having
returned the Venire Facias for the Petit Jury as
having been duly executed by Summoning the
following named persons to wit:
1 S.O. Zetrouer 2. Jerry Sherouse 3 Jesse M. Shaw 4
A.H. Leonard 5 J.J. Thompson 6 Wm Stroble 6 Henry
McKay 7. T.W. Zetrouer 8 N.A. Markey 9 M.J. Miller
10 O.A. Thigpen 11 F.X. Miller 12 Jasper Kirtlin
13 W.W. Parish 14 S.J. Kennard Jr. and that
W. Lassiter, Wm Kirtlin and R.M. Davis were not
to be found in the County.

Whereupon the following named persons were called
and answered to their names to wit: 1 S.O. Zetrouer

                That J.J. Thompson W. Lassiter
Wm Kirtlin, and R.M. Davis failed to answer

Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit
      Ordered that the members of the Grand Jury
now present appear on the 30th day of May next
and that the Sheriff notify all persons Summoned as
Grand Jurors who have not appeared to be present on
said 30th day of May. That members of the Petit
Jury present are required to appear at the day
mentioned without further notice, and that the
Sheriff notify those who have been Summoned as
petit Jurors and have not appeared to be present
on said 30th day of May. All witnesses for the State
Summoned to appear at this time are required to
appear at the time above mentioned Ordered
further that this Court Stand adjourned to Tuesday
May 30th at 10 Oclock A.M. to which time
all matters pending and writs returnable at this
