And now comes W.H. Hartly who has been ap-
pointed the Stenographer to take the Testimony
in the case of the State of Florida vs Barton
Albert Thrasher and in open Court is duly Sworn
as such.

                           And now on this day this
Cause came on to be further heard William H.
Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name
and by the authority of the State of Florida and
the Prisoner Barton Albert Thrasher being in open
Court in his proper person as well as by his attorneys
S.L. Carter, R.W. Davis  J.N. Leggitt  Hugh Miller  Ashby &
Davis as also likewise the Eleven Jurors who
had been selected herein on the 10th and 12th
days of February A.D. 1891 to wit:- 1. O. Gamage 2 O.G.
Barker 3 C.R. Holder 4 R. Heay 5 W.J. Matthews 6 W.R.
Carter 7. W.T. Barr 8 John R. Dowd 9. J.Z. Fettner 10
B.P. Boulware Sr. 11 F.H. Clyatt, being now in open Court
And now Comes L.W. Fennell the Sheriff of Alachua
County and returns the Special Venire for Thirty five
Jurors in this Cause as having been duly executed
