T.J. Hagood and F.M. Cellon are not to be found in the
County, Whereupon the Court excused T.W. Chesnut
Isaac Mizelle and Henry Magee from further atten-
dance on the Court.
Whereupon Comes William H. Wigg State attorney
and peremptorily challenges B.P. Boulware Sr.
a Juror who had been selected herein on the
12th instant and also Comes The Defendant
by his attorney and peremptorily Challenges
O. Gamage, R. May and F.H. Clyatt Jurors
who had been selected in this cause and
now the State having exhausted its Challenges
and the Defendant by his Attorneys having
exhausted all his challenges Save one -
then came as Jurors in this Cause

Each of whom were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try and true deliverance make
between the State of Florida and the prisoner at
the bar whom you shall have in Charge according
to the evidence so help you God -
Whereupon the Court Charged the Jury as to their
Conduct pending this trial and now the Jury
were allowed to return under the charge of the
Court so given and under the Custody of
John W. Bennett and Charles J. Mixson who
had been duly sworn as Bailiffs for the
Jury in this cause of the State of Florida
vs Barton Albert Thrasher
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
Monday morning at nine oclock
