And now on this day this cause
came on to be further heard and William H. Wigg State
Attorney prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner Barton
Albert Thrasher being in open Court in his proper
person as well as by his attorneys S.L. Carter
R.W. Davis, J.N. Leggitt, Hugh Miller and Ashby & Davis
Also likewise the Jury who had been duly
Sworn and empanelled in this Cause on the 14th
day of February A.D. 1891 to wit: 1 O.G. Barker 2 C.R.
Holder 3 W.J. Mathews 4 W.L. Carter 5 W.P. Barr 6
John R. Dowd 7 J.Z. Feltner 8 W.E. Johnson 9 Jas M.
Graham 10 F.W. Cole 11 R.A. Coulter 12 Lawrence
Davis being now in open Court the hearing in
this cause was resumed and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing a part of the evidence.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock: -

Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit:
In Circuit Court 5th Circuit in and for
Alachua County Special Term 1891 -
It being suggested to the Court that there is a
necessity for the resomining of the Grand Jury for
the present term who have been discharged
It is ordered that the Said Grand Jury be Sum-
moned to be and appear in this Court at 11
A.M. on Thursday 19th Feb 1891 to consider
such business as may be brought before them
