And now on this day this
cause came on to be further heard, William H.
Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name and
by the authority of the State of Florida and the
prisoner Barton Albert Thrasher being in open
Court in his proper person as well as by his
Attorneys S.L. Carter R.W. Davis, J.N. Leggitt Hugh
Miller and Ashby & David also like wise the
Jury who had heard a part of the evidence
in this cause on yesterday to wit: 1 O.G. Barker
2 C.R. Holder 3 W.J. Matthews, 4 W.R. Carter
5 W.P. Barr 6 John R. Dowd 7 J.Z. Feltner
8 W.E. Johnson 9. Jas M. Graham 10 F.W. Cole
11 R.A. Coulter 12 Lawrence Davis being now
in open Court the hearing of this Cause was
resumed and the Jury aforesaid after
hearing a further part of the evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow mng at nine oclock

oner was demanded how he would acquit
himself of the charge against him saith
that he is not guilty as the Indictment |
