And now on this day
this Cause came on to be further heard
William H. Wigg State Attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner Barton Albert
Thrasher being in open Court in his proper
person as well as by his attorneys S.L. Carter
R.W. Davis, J.N. Leggitt, Hugh Miller and
Ashby & Davis as also likewise the Jury
who had heard a further part of the
evidence in this Cause on yesterday to
wit 1. O.G. Barker 2 C.R. Holder 3 W.J. Matthews
4 W.R. Carter 5 W.P. Barr 6 John R. Dowd 7 J.Z.
Feltner 8 W.E. Johnson 9. Jas M. Graham 10
F.W. Cole 11 R.A. Coulter 12 Lawrce Davis being
in open Court the hearing of this cause was
resumed and the Jury aforesaid after
hearing the balance of the evidence and a
part of the argument.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
