Whereupon the Court for good cause shown ex-
cused E.A. Adkins and J.H. Hagood from further
attendance on the Court

State of Florida       }  Wigg J.L. Frazer
          vs           }  Murder in the 1st Degree
Barton Albert Thrasher }  S.L. Carter, R.W. Davis J.N. Leggitt
                       }  Hugh Miller Ashby & Davis
                          And  now this cause came
on to be further heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority of
the State of Florida and the prisoner Barton Albert
Thrasher being in open Court in his proper person
as well as by his attorneys S.L. Carter R.W. Davis J.N.
Leggitt Hugh Miller and Ashby & Davis as also
likewise the Jury who had heard the balance of the
                                           argument
argument evidence and a part of the evidence in this
cause on yesterday to wit: - 1 O.G. Barker 2 C.R. Holder
3 W.J. Matthews 4 W.R. Carter 5 W.P. Barr 6 John R. Dowd
7 J.Z. Feltner 8. W.E. Johnson 9. Jas M. Graham 10 F.W.
Cole 11. R.A. Coulter 12 Lawrence Davis being in open
Court the hearing of this cause was resumed and
the Jury aforesaid after hearing a further part of
the argument of Counsel.

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow morning
at half past Eight oclock
