       State of Florida }
# 63          vs        } assault with intent to Murder -
       Marion Williams  } and now this Cause came on to be
                          heard on a motion to Quash the
       Indictment herein and after argument had on said
       motion the Court doth decide that said motion to
       Quash the Indictment shall be overruled to which
       order and decision of the Court the Defendant by his
       Counsel then and there excepted

                          And now on this day this Cause
       cause on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority of the
       State of Florida and the prisoner being in open
       Court in his proper person as well as by his attorney
       S.Y. Finley was demanded how he would acquit
       himself of the Charge against him saith that
       he is not guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against him and for good and evil he puts
       himself upon God and the Country for trial
