       Judge presiding -

       Whereupon Comes L.W. Fennell Sheriff of Alachua County
       and returns the Venire Facias for the Petit Jury for
       the 5th week of this term as having been duly
       executed by summoning Joel Holt D. Hicks T.J. Knight
       W.J.G. Adams and Jeff D. Easterlin -

       Whereupon the Court excused D. Hicks and W.J.G. Adams
       from further attendance on the Court
