Jury aforesaid after hearing the evidence rendered the

                                         We the Jury empanelled
       to assess the damages of the plaintiff herein do hereby
       assess the damages of the plaintiff against the defen-
       dant L.W. Fennell as Sheriff of Alachua County Florida
       and as ex officio administrator de bonis non of and
       for the estate of Wm A. Maxwell deceased at
       Five Thousand and two hundred & Eighty Two & 77/100
       Dollars ($5,282.\77) so say we all

       Whereupon it is considered ordered and adjudged
       by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
       recover of and from the Defendant the said
       L.W. Fennell as Sheriff of Alachua County Florida

       of Five Thousand Two hundred and Eighty two
       77/100 Dollars ($5282 77/100) for It damages to be
       recovered of the Goods and Chattels Lands and
       tenements of the estate of the said William
