Josh Graham      } and now this Cause is Continued

Mary Twedale &    }
George W. Twedale }  and now this cause came on to
                     be heard on a motion to Dismiss
Said Cause and now said motion having been
Submitted to the Court the Court doth decide that
said motion to Dismiss said Cause shall be
granted to which order and decision of the
Court the plaintiff by his attorney then and
there excepted, It is also ordered that the
Plaintiff be given thirty days in which to
present Bill of exceptions and perfect his appeal

                     be heard on a motion to Quash
the Indictment in this Cause and now said Cause
having been Submitted to the Court the Court doth
decide that said motion to quash the Indictment
shall be granted

The Florida Central &}
Peninsular RR & Co   }  and now this Cause came on
to be heard on a motion for a new trial and now
said motion having been Submitted to the Court the
Court doth decide that said motion for a new
trial shall not be granted to which order and
decision of the Court the Defendant by its
attorney then and there excepted It is further
ordered that the Defendant be given thirty days
in which to present Bill of Exceptions and in
which to perfect its appeal
