                      This cause coming on this day upon agreement of
counsel for the respective parties for final hearing and after argument
of counsel and the Court being advised in the premises it is ordered
adjudged and decreed that the petition of J.P. Fry petitioner herein be
and the same is hereby granted and that he the said J.P. Fry is
hereby authorized to adopt the said Josephine Thomas as his own
child and heir at law and the adoption of the said Josephine
Thomas by the said J.P. Fry is hereby legalized.
Done and ordered at Ocala this 26th day of October AD 1898

                             This cause came on this day to be further
heard and was argued by counsel for complainant, on consideration
thereof and it appearing to the Court that the report of Special Master
Christopher Matheson, made herein was filed in the Clerks office of said
Circuit Court of Alachua County on the 29th day of December 1898 and
that no exceptions have been filed thereto by either party it is adjudged
ordered and decreed that said report be and is hereby confirmed and it further
appearing to the Court from said report that there is due to the
complainant on his debt secured by the mortgage filed as an exhibit
on this cause the sum of Six hundred and ninety Eight & 38/100 (698 38/100)
dollars it is adjudged ordered and decreed that unless the defendant
Minnie J. Hathcox as the administratrix of the estate of J.I.C. Barnes
deceased within two days from this date pay the said debt, including
the costs of this suit and the fees of said Special Master, together
with an Attorney's fee of $80.00 it appearing to the Court from evidence
before it that such fee is reasonable and proper - that the mortgaged
premises described in the bill of complaint in this cause to wit: The
West half of the South East quarter of section six in Township Ten
