South of Range Seventeen East containing Eighty acres and lying and being
in said Alachua County and state of Florida be sold at public auction for
cash, before the door of the Court house of said county to pay the same;
that notice of the time and place of sale be published as the law directs
in the daily Sun a newspaper published in the said county of Alachua
once a week for four successive weeks, that Christopher Matheson is
hereby appointed a Special Master to make such sale and execute a deed
to the purchaser of said land on said sale; that out of the proceeds of said
sale he pay the costs of this suit retain his fees and commissions allowed
by law, pay to the complainants solicitor the fee of $80.00 and the balance of 
such proceeds pay to the complainant in payment so far as it will
go; if the amount due him, should there be any money arising from
sale after the payment above directed said Master shall bring the same
into court to abide the further order of the court. It is further ordered adjudged
and decreed that should said sale take place then the defendants and
all persons claiming by through or under them since the execution of said
mortgage deed be forever barred and foreclosed of all equity of redemption
and claim of in and to the said mortgaged premises so sold
said Master shall report to the Court his actions and proceedings
under this decree

Alachua County   } We, the undersigned Jurors appointed by the Hon
W.A. Hocker Judge of the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida, to investigate and
assess damages that may accrue to Roberta C. Denton by opening a public
road through her lands in Section thirty five Township Eleven
S of Range Twenty East do Solemnly swear that we will fully
investigate said matter and a true verdict render according to law
so help us God.
