Roberta Denton et all by running a public road accross her lands described
as follows, Beginning on the County line between counties of Alachua
and Marion Florida at a point on line dividing the lands of F.W. Wright on
East and Amos Nelson on the West and run thence North between the lands
of said Wright, H. Peterson & W.S. Jackson on the East & the lands of said
Amos Nelson Tatience Nelson & S.H. Benjamin on the West to the south line
of lands belonging to the heirs of M.O. Cosby thence in a Northerly direction
along the margin of a Myrtle swamp to Rail Road crossing as the road now
runs instead of crossing said Rail Road keep North on West side of
said Rail road to a point near the margin of Gass Pond. Thence across 
the Rail Road and continue North between the lands of McCredie &
Shuford on the West & Henderson Simonton and Watkins on the East to the Corporate
limits of the Town of Micanopy said road as described being in section 35
Township 11 S of Range 20 East

John O. Tyson }
              This cause came on to be further heard and
was argued by solicitors for the respective parties and upon
consideration thereof it appearing to the Court from the testimony in
said cause, that there is due to the complainant on his debt secured
by the original mortgage filed as an exhibit with his bill of
complaint, the sum of two thousand five hundred and forty (2540)
dollars principal and interest it is adjudged, ordered and decreed
that unless the defendant John O. Tyson within five days from
this date pay the said amount to the said complainant with the costs
of this suit together with an attorney's fee of two hundred and fifty
(250) dollars to complainants solicitor it appearing to the court
from evidence before it that said fee is reasonable and proper
that the mortgaged premises described in said original mortgage to wit
The North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Thirty Four
(34) in Township eleven (11) South of Range Nineteen (19) East, also the
North East quarter of section Thirty Three (33) in Township Eleven (11) South of
Range Nineteen (19) East (less the North West quarter of the North East quarter
of the North East quarter of section 33 Township 11 S of Range 19 East)
containing 190 acres of land more or less, and lying and being
in said Alachua County with all and singular the tenements
