hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging be sold at public
auction for cash at the door of the Court house of said County to pay the same
that Notice of the time and place of sale be published once each week for
four successive weeks in the "Daily Sun" a news paper published in said
Alachua County; that E.E. Voyle is hereby appointed a Special Master to
carry out the provisions of this decree; that said Master execute a deed
to the purchaser of said land on said sale; that out of the proceeds of sale
he pay the costs of this suit; retain his legal fees and commissions as
such Special master and pay to complaints solicitor of record in this
cause the sum of $250.00 as Attorney's fee and the balance of the purchase
money pay to the complainant in payment so far as it will go, of
the amount due him. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that
should said sale take place the defendant in this cause and all persons
claiming by through or under him since the institution of this suit be
forever barred and foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption in and to the
lands so sold, and said Master shall report his actions and proceedings
hereunder to the court.
And the Court being of opinion that the complainant has failed to
maintain the allegations of his bill as to the West half of the North West
quarter of section 34 in Township 11 South of Range 19 East it is adjudged
ordered and decreed that the prayer of complainant's bill that his
said mortgage be corrected and reformed so as to include therein said land
be and the same is denied

                            This cause coming on further to be heard upon
motion of defendants herein for an order modifying the order heretofore
rendered in this cause on the 10th day of June AD 1898 so as to allow
the defendants herein to resume the possession of the refrigerators
which by that order were placed in the hands of the Receiver herein
and to give a bond if necessary payable to the complainant for any sum
which may be found due herein by final decree herein, and for such
other order as may be necessary to carry the same into effect, and
having been argued by counsel for complainant and defendants on
the 8th and 9th days of February AD 1899 and the court having been
advised in the premises decided to grant the same but being in doubt
as to the amount of bond to be fixed to be given by the defendants as to
