        This cause is brought before me on motion of the Master R.E. Davis
to allow him compensation & tax his costs in the above Styled cause
It is therefore ordered adjudged & decreed as there is no opposition to the amount
claimed by him, that the said Master be allowed the sum of $28.94 which
amount is proportioned among the said parties as follows viz from the complainant
the sum of $13.25 all of which has been paid except $2 04/100 & from the defendants
13 65/100 and that the said parties do pay to the said Master said sums of
money within twenty days after notice of this order

Susan H. Hutchinson et al                  }
              Decree Settling Equities Appointing Master etc
This cause coming coming on to be heard upon the Bill and answer of defendant
Susan H. Hutchinson, there having been a Decree pro confesso entered up
against the other defendants in the cause and the Court being advised
in the premises thereupon upon consideration hereof it is ordered, adjudged
and decreed. That the Equities are with the Complainant and that the 
complainant is entitled to the foreclosure of its mortgage as prayed in its
Bill of complaint, and further, that this cause be and is hereby referred
to J.A. Ammons Esq as Special Master in Chancery to take testimony
ex partes and to make and account and finding as to the amount due
upon the bond and mortgage sued upon, by the defendants Susan H. Hutchinson
and A.S. Hutchinson to the Complainant, including a reasonable solicitors
fee to be allowed complainant's solicitor, and that said Master do make
such report and finding as soon as practicable.
Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida on this 17th day of
February AD 1899
