John H. Lofton E.W. Millican and            } Final Decree

                           This cause coming on to be heard after due
notice to counsel for defendants E.W. Millican and J.B. Padgett
and a Decree pro confesso having been entered up against the defend
ant John H. Lofton and complainants solicitor moving for a final
Decree, the said cause having been duly set down for final hear
ing upon the pleadings proofs and masters reports as required
by the statute and rules of practice, and it appearing to the court that
the Masters reports and findings have been filed in the office of the
Clerk for more than one month and the court being advised in the
premises, thereupon upon consideration it is ordered adjudged and
decreed that the reports and findings of J.A. Ammons Special Master
in Chancery filed in this cause be and the same are herein and
hereby confirmed on every particular,
      That the complainant company is the owner of the real Estate
described in complainants Bill and hereinafter described in this Decree
and that the lease of the same made by the defendant John H.
Lofton, purporting to have been made by the Bradford Timber & Land
Company by John H. Lofton President and by John H. Lofton to E.W. Milli
can dated February 5, 1897, and recorded on the records of Alachua
County Florida in Deed Book 46 at pages 504 & 505 were made with
out authority of the complainants, and that the same be, and are
hereby decreed to be fraudulent and void, and that the same be can
celled, and that the Clerk of this Court do make an entry of the can
cellation of the same, on the margin of the record where the said
lease is recorded, and that the said E.W. Millican do surrender
said original lease to the Clerk of this Court for cancellation,
Second, That the said Writ of Injunction granted and
issued in this cause on December 4, 1897, be and the same
is herein and hereby made perpetual, and that the said defend
ants E.W. Millican and J.B. Padgett and each of them their agents
Employees or Attorneys and each of them, be and they are herein
and hereby restrained and enjoined from entering upon or dis
turbing the possession of the said property to wit, all of those
certain lots tracts or parcels of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida and described as follows to wit
All of sections 29, 32, 33, Lot 1, South half of Lots 2,3 & 4
North half of lots 5 & 6, south half of lot 8 all of lots 9, 10
11 and 12 of section 31 Township 8 south of Range 20 East
North half of section 1, West half of south west quarter
